NanoVM Gelatin Dessert
  1. Combine gelatin powder and water as per package directions
  2. Divide liquid into 1/2 cup portions
  3. Put 1/2 cup portions in fridge until gelatine is partially set
  4. Add 1unpacked, level scoop (or less) of NanoVM to 1/2 cup of partially set gelatin
  5. Stir gently to evenly disperse NanoVM throughout the gelatin
  6. Place in refrigerator
  7. Serve when firm

 

NanoVM Fruit Puree
  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of fruit puree
  2. Add 1 unpacked, level scoop (or less) of NanoVM
  3. Stir to evenly distribute the powder
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve

    Suggested fruit: apples, bananas, peaches, pears, strawberries

 

NanoVM Pot Pourri

Add 1 unpacked, level scoop (or less) of NanoVM to 1/2 cup serving of any of the following foods:

  • Mashed potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes
  • Pureed vegetables - homemade or commercial baby food
  • Cream corn
  • Gravy, sauces
  • Yogurt, soft cheeses

 

NanoVM Frozen Desserts

Add 1 unpacked, level scoop (or less) of NanoVM to 1/2 cup serving

 

Popsicles:

  1. Pour the liquid into popsicle mold and place in freezer
  2. Once the liquid becomes slushy, add NanoVM, mix and replace in freezer
  3. Once completely frozen, remove from mold and serve

 

Ice Cream:

  1. Mash ice cream so that it becomes soft
  2. Add NanoVM and stir
  3. Replace in freezer
  4. Serve when desired
